Whirling Storm

The breeze was warm, smelled saline. And vast blue carpet, reflected in her eyes. There were courses untravelled, paths unknown, But she enjoyed the voyage, discovering the places that her ship explored. She was all alone in the sea vessel, Here she found solace, it was her castle. The journey was long, tides high and low. But the sea was calm, and she had started slow. Though her elated heart leaped with joy, And a sweet smile adored her lips. Somewhere in the corner her heart cringed. Old fear triggered, at the grim reminder, If her ship gets wrecked, no one will ever find her. She stared blankly at the sky, And shivered at the thunderbolts. Nature started to portray scenes from her foreboding. But she was not surprised. Coz her mind was prepared for the worst, yet to come. The breeze turned into strong wind. No more warmth it radiated, only gave her chills. The ship toppled in the whirling storm, She watched in horror as her home was gone. Sinking...
